Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Offsheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

Service Description & Disclaimer

Offsheets is a software application designed to act as a visualization and interaction interface for your existing Google Sheets. We provide the tools to read, organize, and update your spreadsheet data via a web-based dashboard.

Offsheets is exclusively a software utility. We are not a financial institution, broker, or advisory firm, and we do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or integrity of the data within your Google Sheet. The application simply displays and processes the information at your direction using a Zero-Knowledge model.

User Responsibilities & Data Integrity

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and modify the Google Sheet connected to Offsheets.

Non-Custodial Data Management: Because Offsheets processes your data locally and does not store, host, or back up your financial records on our servers, you are entirely responsible for your own data retention and integrity.

Data Loss & Restoration: In the event of accidental modifications or deletions made by you through the app, any historical restoration must be managed directly by you utilizing Google Sheets' built-in "Version History" features.

No Server-Side Recovery: Because we do not take custody of your records, we cannot "restore" or "rollback" your financial data in the event of a user error.
